Made By Elves crafts functional boxes of all sorts from domestic and imported hardwoods, sands the wood to a fine finish and applies multiple coats of either polyurethene or lacquer to protect the box and display the grain that nature has provided.  The resulting jewelry boxes, valet boxes, ring boxes, art boxes, playing card boxes and pen boxes are gifts capable of being passed on to delight future generations. 

     Only wood from "green" sources are used.  That is, suppliers purchase only from renewable sources.  No plastics, dyes or stains are used (unless so stated).  You will not see the phrases "walnut finish" or "oak look".  We mean wood from the walnut tree or oak tree when we say walnut or oak.  Plastic has its place but as Joyce Kilmer said ".. only God can make a tree."

     Return policy.  You will have 72 hours to examine your purchase.  You may return the item in the original packaging, postage and insurance prepaid, with a note as to why you are returning it.  It will be inspected and your purchase price, less a $10 restocking charge, will be refunded.  Exception:   a claim must be filed with the shipper if the item is damaged in transit.  In this case, please notify Made By Elves and you will receive a refund from the shipper.
